Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Item you would like to return

Please note that only 1 opened item of like-kind can be returned. If you purchase 2 of the same items and they are both opened, only 1 can be returned for a refund. Any unopened items in original condition may be returned for a refund.

Returns will need to be sent to the address provided in your support email response and all return shipping and tracking expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

International Orders

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped outside the United States, any refund will be the cost of the products only. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, or any customs fees will not be refunded.

Refund Status

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware it may take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
